Video Messages in Sales

Video Marketing Minute - Guest Christine Miller talks about how using video messages in sales is a gamechanger.

we had drinks it could get a little better but yeah it's it's all summertime I'm thinking cocktails you can add cocktails on the patio and that would right right well hello Christine Miller how are you I'm awesome jeie how are you I'm great I am so thrilled to have you on the video marketing minute tell me a little bit about how you came to embrace video so much and then how are you using it in sales and coaching your your um clients it started out as an experiment that's full disclosure and then I got a lot of positive feedback and so of course it made me think that maybe I should keep doing this so many places you can use video on LinkedIn so you can put it in your about section um you can put it in the featured section and I love video messages and what that is is instead of typing out like hey jeie you know would love to meet you let's see if we can connect or serve each other in some way instead of typing something like that out to actually send a video message to a prospect on LinkedIn like the big enchilada of video while we're still in the LinkedIn topic is LinkedIn lives you are clearly such an expert because just right there I mean you just talked about what six or seven different ways to leverage video on one platform LinkedIn and you're just killing it why is video converting so much higher for sales than not using video I just think it's real and it's human I I really do I think a message first off if you just get a text message who's it coming from is it coming from a bot is an automation is it someone really behind it do they really care about you what are they like you're right I mean so many times when I get messages now from people I don't know I assume it's a bot when you receive a video all that guess work is gone because now I'm I'm seeing Genie Park and I'm like all right you know I'm not fearful now if I get on the phone with her she's going to try to shove a sale down my throat I get the sense she really knows what she's talking about she seems to be a genuine person sure I'll take the meeting how many times are you you know you're having dinner maybe with your partner or your roommate or your kid and how how many times are we like you know I watched a video on LinkedIn today by somebody that I don't know very well and I'm going to tell you they flubbed on their third word and their lighting was not perfect no it's like gone it's so true it's so true it's so true and we do we do get hung up on that unnecessarily always a blast to talk to you thank you so much your wealth of information and how can people work with you thank you um well you can always find me on LinkedIn so you can click through here connect with me um direct message me there DM um and then Miller sales Consulting www.
